Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We process cancellation requests within 1-2 business days, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that some banks or payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing of the refund posting to your account depends on your financial institution's processing times. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods or with discounts, only the final paid amount will be refunded. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. Please have your order number and payment details ready when contacting us about missing refunds to expedite the resolution process.
