This Sinn U1 DS Limited Edition watch takes things one step further an unbelievably durable 44mm case crafted from German Submarine Steel and a breathtaking “scratched” dial design. The machine process involved in creating this intricate and irregular dial effect cannot be repeated which means each 500-piece limited edition of the U1 DS is entirely unique. Its German Submarine suit is also famed for being extremely resistant to sea water and possesses the highest levels of non-magnetic properties. The case is also fitted with a captive diver’s bezel which has been treated using brand’s famous scratch resistant TEGIMENT technology.

Ensuring easy readability when under the water, the Sinn U1 DS Limited Edition watch is decorated with large indexes and hands coated in a luminescent colour and a unidirectional bezel with a handy 60 minute scale for measuring elapsed dive times. To power the central hands for hours, minutes and seconds and date window at 3 o’clock, the Sinn U1 DS Limited Edition encapsulates the SW 200-1 automatic winding movement. The Swiss made calibre delivers a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour and a power reserve of 38 hours. The screw down case back along with the screwable crown and scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass also help ensure this Sinn U1 DS watch is provided with an impressive water resistance of 1,000 metres, a rating in accordance with the European diving device standards.
