Vickie Quandelacy went all out on this intricate carving celebrating life. From a giant Pacific green sea snail shell she has given us a beautiful corn maiden wearing a necklace of turquoise with a pendant of pen shell and coral. A belt of inlaid turquoise circles her waist. A life giving spring of crushed turquoise bubbles at her side, blessed by a sunface of pink mussel shell, pen shell and turquoise that watches over the turquoise corn cobs which sprout from the spring. Attached to a base of sand stone and crushed turquoise. Adorned with inlaid dots of pen shell, coral, and turquoise and incised designs. About 4" tall, 3" wide, and 2 5/8" deep.
